The Palmerston North Hospital Foundation is a registered charitable trust aiming to improve health outcomes for communities in the wider Manawatū-Whanganui region, including Palmerston North City, Manawatū, Horowhenua and Tararua districts.

Established in 2022, the Foundation provides a way for local people and organisations to support additional health services designed for the community’s needs.
Fundraising for specific projects under the guidance of the clinical teams at Palmerston North Hospital, the Foundation receives funding through one-off donations, bequests, regular giving, memorial gifts and business donations.
